​UWSP Email setup for Microsoft Outlook App on Android Devices

UWSP provides Office 365 free to all students, faculty and staff.  Along with the software bundled with Office 365, students, faculty and staff can use the Microsoft Outlook App on Android Devices.

Information Technology recommends using the Outlook App with all uwsp.edu email accounts


​​Install and Setup

If you already have the Outlook app installed for a different email address go to the section below, Add an Additional Account to Your Outlook App.

  1. Download and install the Microsoft Outlook app from the Google Play Store mobile app.

  2. ​​​​

  3. ​​Open the app and tap ADD ACCOUNT.

  4. ​​​​


  5. Enter your UWSP email address (e.g. spoint123@uwsp.edu) then tap CONTINUE

  6.  

  7. ​If you are prompted for an account type, tap Office 365.

  8.  

  9. Enter your UWSP username (email address) and password and click Sign in. Authenticate with MFA if you are prompted.

Add an Additional Account to Your Outlook App

If you already have the Outlook app installed for a different email account, you can easily add your UWSP email.

  1. Open your Outlook app.

  2. In the left sidebar, tap the blue "+" icon.

  3.  

  4. Tap Add an account.

  5.  

  6. Enter your full email address and tap Continue.
