Chris Hartleb received his bachelor's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, his master's degree from the University of New Hampshire, and his Ph.D. from the University of Maine.  Since joining UW-Stevens Point in 1996, Hartleb has developed the state’s only undergraduate minor in aquaculture, professional certificate in aquaponics, and directs the premier aquaculture and aquaponics applied research and education centers in the Upper Midwest. He teaches college courses in aquaculture, aquaponics, fisheries ecology and field ecology.

Diana Hoover is a professor of graphic design in the Department of Art and Design at UW-Stevens Point. Before coming to UW-Stevens Point in 2002, Hoover taught at Minnesota State University in Mankato.

She serves as creative director for the Design Center providing professional design work for clients on campus and in the community. Hoover worked in the professional field for more than three decades designing signage, displays, identities, websites and print collateral.

Also an artist, Hoover has exhibited her work nationally, regionally and locally.

After 22 years as executive director of Wausau’s Performing Arts Foundation, managing the historic Grand Theater and Wisconsin’s most comprehensive local arts agency, Jim O’Connell began a new career in the Fall of 2014 teaching Arts Management at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.  Beginning in 1968, arts administration has brought O'Connell to many interesting places, including the negotiating table to move the NFL Cardinals to Arizona. He has worked at Dartmouth College’s Hopkins Center, the Wisconsin Union Theater and New York’s Lincoln Center. O'Connell opened the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines and directed Arizona State University Public Events.
