We are dedicated to providing students, faculty, and staff with the utmost efficiency and care when it comes to all technology needs. We provide support for on campus devices, personal student devices, computer lab printers, equipment loans, and more. Our IT Service Desk team consists of full-time staff working in tandem with students to help guide and teach them the inner workings of the IT technical field here at UWSP. We are here to help! AFTER HOURS SUPPORT 

  • Are you an instructor experiencing technical issues in a classroom?  To save you time, please move​​ to a nearby empty classroom. 

  • Do you suspect that you have locked your account?  See our Account Help and FAQ​ page. 

  • Are you unable to log into your account due to a Multi-Factor Authentication issue?  Or do you need to report a significant IT Service outage?  Contact University Police at (715)-346-3456. 

  • For other non-immediate issues, please leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and problem description. We will return your call when we reopen.​​

Closed Holiday Break

​​​​The UWSP Service Desk will be closed from 4:30 PM Friday, December 20th through Wednesday, January 1st for the Holiday break.

We will resume our regular hours the following Thursday, January 2nd.

Computer Lab Reservations

​​​​​The Service Desk approves all ​ C​​​omputer Classroom​ lab reservations for individual class sessions and non-class reservations.  ​Reservations can only be made after the UWSP Registrar’s office completes its academic class schedule for a semester.
