UW System has changed to a new IT Workorder system called Ivanti.

Do you have a workorder still open in the previous system?  IT is in the process of migrating all open workorders to Ivanti.  To view your open workorders, log into the Ivanti Workorder portal and select My Items.

Submit an IT Workorder

Use the Ivanti Self Service Portal to submit and track your technology issues and requests.

  1. Log into the Ivanti Self Service Portal. You will need to authenticate with Microsoft MFA to access this system.
  2. Select Service Catalog, then click New Generic Incident or Service Request - IT.

  3. Make sure to provide a complete and in-depth Description and complete all fields, then click Save.

Create a Ticket via Email

You can create a ticket by sending an email to​ from a UWSP email account (please do not use a non-UWSP email account!). Include a detailed description of your problem or request. Do not include other email addresses on the To: from the ticketing (e.g., or Those addresses are used by other parts of the ticketing system using one of them to ask for help will have unexpected results.
