Wake My Computer
The Wake My Computer service will no longer be available starting January 3, 2025.
To avoid computer sleep issues when attempting to use Information Technology's Remote Desktop service, we recommend that you change your office computer and laptop lid (if applicable) sleep settings to "Never" sleep.
Please see our instructions on how to change these settings on your office computer, and for potential temporary workarounds if you have not yet changed these settings on your office computer and experience problems establishing a Remote Desktop Session.
If you continue to experience issues with the Remote Desktop service, please contact the Service Desk.
