Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve UW-Stevens Point in an efficient, timely, and customer oriented manner by responding to all inquiries and requests with courtesy, accuracy, and prompt service.  Student Financial Services strives to make customer service a top priority in all interactions.    


  • 2021 1098-T Tax Information

    The 2021 1098-T tax forms will be avialable to view in accesSPoint mid-January 2022.  For instructions on how to view your form, please visit the Tax Information Tab for Student Financial Services - Billing Information.

  • Financial Aid Refunds​

    Financial Aid Refunds will begin being processed once Financial Aid posts to student accounts. To sign up to receive refunds via direct deposit go to the task section in accesSPoint.  Direct deposit is the fastest method to get your refund!  Visit the task section in accesSPoint to sign up.  If you prefer to receive a refund via paper check, ensure your address is current in accesSPoint.  Paper checks are mailed and will be received in approximately 7-10 business days.

    Please see the UW-System Announcement regarding a new COVID-19 student health care worker initiative!  All employer letters must be turned into Student Financial Services - Bursar's Office no later than March 31, 2022.
