Join our bus trip to see the historic production of "Les Misé​rables" at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton! Your trip leaders will be Kelly Bird and Carissa Delikowski. This show has a run time of two hours and fifty minutes with one intermission. After the show, we will have dinner at Pullmans At Trolley Square.

About the ​​Musical​


Les Misérables is the story of Jean Valjean, a peasant serving nineteen years in jail in the 1800s. During his sentence, he grew a desire for redemption. Valjean decides to break parole and start a new life, but pursuers are hot on his tracks...

Trip Information


The bus ride to Appleton from Stevens Point is an hour, so we will not stop on the way. Also, the bus has a restroom. We will arrive with plenty of time for you to stretch your legs and check out everything the theater has to offer before showtime!

Stevens Point Participants 

Bus Loading Location: Parking lot in front of Dunham's Sports, corner closest to McDonalds (HWY 10, Stevens Point) 
Bus Loading Time: 12:00 p.m. (please be on time) 
Bus Departure from Stevens Point: 12:15 a.m.  

Theater Policies​​

Bag Policy: Bags/purses with dimensions of 8.5x11x5 or smaller allowed but may be subject to search, childcare products (diaper bag, bottles, cups, snacks) (patrons must be accompanied by a child)-subject to search, and prescription medicines and devices allowed-but may be subject to search.  For additional information on the bag policy, visit the Bag Policy page.

Carry-Ins: Food and beverages (i.e., soda, water bottles, snacks, drinks) are prohibited.

Entree Selection - Pullmans At Trolley Square​


Select one of the following four entrees (each meal includes side salad, dessert, and non-alcololic beverage):

  • Blackened Fish Tacos – Grilled white fish, flour tortillas, fresh pico, fruit salsa, lettuce, bang bang sauce, chips and salsa
  • Tuscan Shrimp – Shrimp, penne pasta, mushrooms, spinach, asparagus, onion, sun-dried tomato in a garlic cream sauce
  • Chicken Penne Rosa – Grilled Chicken, penne pasta, spinach, onion, garlic, and house rosa sauce
  • Steak Tenderloin Sandwich – Certified Angus Beef tenderloin, sauteed mushrooms & onions, provolone served on a toasted ciabatta with a side of French fries 

Each meal also includes a side salad, dessert brownie with ice cream, and soda/coffee/tea (not milk).

​Cancellation Policy​​​

Since we make financial commitments in advance, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. However, you may send a substitute in your place. Please email us at uwspceweb@uwsp.edu to inform us of the substitution.
