The studio arts program at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point encourages study in a variety of disciplines and provides studio courses in drawing, ceramics, design, painting, printmaking, sculpture and art history.

Get Involved on Campus
All students are welcome to join one of the Art and Design student groups. Organizations meet on a regular basis and contribute actively to student life by sponsoring trips and special events, and raising awareness of aesthetic issues.
Officers work with faculty advisers, the department, college and university to facilitate conferences, workshops, lectures and visiting artists and designers. Our student organizations are:

Studio Arts students have many opportunities to display their artwork on campus and in the community. On campus, students' artwork regularly gets displayed in:
Students occasionally work on public art displays in the area. In the past, students have worked on painting a mural for the Okray Farms,and participated in the downtown Arts Walk. Faculty and student groups receive these calls for work throughout the year and share them with students.
