This resource is optional for use to help your office complete the checklist items. ​The document is to be copied by the GROW team leader and shared with other staff members within the office. It is used to allow for more collaboration within the office to split the workload of the checklist and communicate with one another when a step is completed. Feel free to make any necessary changes to your copy of the document to make it more applicable to your office's needs!
