The UWSP Libraries are designed to support the educational and research goals of the UWSP faculty, staff and students. The Libraries are also open to the general public and we hope you will visit our locations for your educational and research purposes.
UWSP Main Campus Library (Relocation information during construction):
Albertson Hall is closed during our reconstruction for a new building. You may read more about the construction project here.
Our library services have been relocated to the Collins Classroom Center (corner of Fourth Ave. and Isadore St).

Computer and Space Use:
Use of library computers and spaces are for library research purposes only. Community visitors are encouraged to schedule a research consultation or contact the library prior to visiting to facilitate access.
There is a
Guest Wireless Network available in the building that does allow access to online library resources. This is an open, unsecure network. To access , connect to "UWSP_Unsecure_Guest", open your web browser, and register by entering a valid email address. Visit the IT

Borrowing Materials:
- Visitors not affiliated with the UW System can borrow library resources with a Community Card. These are available at each library's Circulation Desk (CCC 130). You must be a Wisconsin resident over eighteen years of age and present a valid driver's license or state identification card.
- Visitors who work at or attend another UW university can borrow library resources using their UW institution's identification card.

During the relocation of the University Library in Stevens Point, physical materials can be requested by using the "Local Request" feature in Search@UW. Requested books will be delivered to CCC 130 for pick up.
