Items overdue by more than 30 days accrue a Lost Item Replacement Fee of $100.00 per item. This fee is fully refundable if the item is returned within 90 days of the date it became "Lost". 90 days after an item becomes "Lost" this fee becomes nonrefundable.

Faculty & Staff

System Wide Renewal Policy

Items may be renewed up to three times if they have not been requested by another patron. Renewals are done through the Renew Materials link on the Libraries homepage. After renewing all items or selected items please verify the new date, and report any problems to the Circulation Desk by calling 715-346-2540. Books from the general collection may also be brought to any Circulation Desk and renewed in person. After 24 months, the renewal limit can be reset by returning the items and checking them back out (assuming the items have not been requested by somebody else).
