Welcome Undergraduate Students!

We know that your education is an investment in your future. As a returning undergraduate, you may have different needs from prospective and incoming undergraduates. Our goal remains the same; to help make your education as affordable as possible. We understand that each student's situation is unique, and financial aid is one of the most significant factors in making UWSP affordable. Our financial aid team is dedicated to assisting you with the financial aid process in order to utilize all known financial resources available.

UWSP. THE SMART INVESTMENT.

Remember, to be considered for federal, state, and need-based institutional aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year. Some financial aid funds are limited, so it is important to file your FAFSA as soon as possible. The filing deadline for priority consideration is May 1st each year. View our Dates and Deadlines webpage for more information and important financial aid dates. If needed, view our financial aid brochure, FAFSA completion tips, and financial aid checklist we've created for you to help you with the financial aid process and answer your questions.

Once we begin processing applications, you will receive a communication from our office as well as additional communication(s) if something more is needed. Be sure to check your UWSP email address.
