Travel with us to vibrant New Orleans, where history, culture, and flavor come alive! We'll stay in the French Quarter, surrounded by charming architecture, lively music, and world-famous cuisine. Our adventure includes a visit to the acclaimed National World War II Museum, an immersive cooking class to learn the secrets of Creole and Cajun dishes, and a delicious food tour sampling the city's iconic bites. We’ll also explore the wonders of the Audubon Aquarium, take a tour of St.Louis Cemetary #1, cap off one of our nights with unforgettable jazz performance​ at the legendary Preservation Hall, and much more​​. ​Anne Rogalski​​

Anne Rogalski, UWSP CE Associate Director, is a seasoned trip leader who brings experience and a love of learning to every journey she hosts. This will be her third time leading a New Orleans adventure, adding to a rich history of guiding groups through cultural destinations like Savannah, Charleston, and across the U.S. and Europe. Whether you're diving into Creole cooking, strolling the French Quarter, or enjoying the rhythms of Preservation Hall, Anne's thoughtful leadership and passion for people, place, and story will help you experience the soul of New Orleans in unforgettable ways.

Jennifer Hess

Jennifer Hess, UWSP CE Associate Director, has hosted trips for Continuing Education, including New Orleans, Savannah, Charleston, Alaska and a dozen trips to New York. As a travel enthusiast, she enjoys visiting the warmer climates of Caribbean countries with her husband and friends where she seeks out opportunities to connect with nature such as snorkeling coral reefs at the base of a volcano, swimming with wild sea turtles, and observing dolphins and seals play. ​

Cancellation Policy​​


Since we make financial commitments in advance, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. However, you may send a substitute in your place with additional fees. Please email us at uwspceweb@uwsp.edu to inform us of the substitution.​
