​​Come join us on this trip to see the riveting performance of “MJ the Musical” at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts in Milwaukee! Centered around the making of his 1992 Dangerous World Tour, and created by Tony Award-winning director/choreographer Christopher Wheeldon and two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage, MJ goes beyond the singular moves and signature sound of the star, offering a rare look at the creative mind and collaborative spirit that catapulted Jackson into legendary status.​

Led by enthusiastic trip leaders, Anne Rogalski and Kelly Bird​​. We will have a delicious buffet at Saz's State House Resturant before the 7:30 pm performance at the Marcus Center. ​

*The price includes the coach bus, show ticket, and meal/tax/gratuity at Saz’s.​​​​​

Final payment is due by Wednesday, April 30, 2025. If you have not paid for your registration, you may do so by calling UW-Stevens Point Continuing Education at 715-346-3838, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., to pay by credit card. We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.​​​​

​Trip Information​

The bus ride to Milwaukee from Stevens Point is a little over two hours, so we will make a quick stop on the way if needed. Also, the bus has a restroom.​​

​Theater policies​

Bag Policy: Bags/purses with dimensions of 8.5x11x5 or smaller allowed but may be subject to search, childcare products (diaper bag, bottles, cups, snacks) (patrons must be accompanied by a child)-subject to search, and prescription medicines and devices allowed-but may be subject to search.  For additional information on the bag policy, visit the Bag Policy page.

Carry-Ins: Food and beverages (i.e., soda, water bottles, snacks, drinks) are prohibited.

Bus Loading Location: Parking lot in front of Dunham's Sports, corner closest to McDonalds (HWY 10, Stevens Point) 
Bus Loading Time: 2:15 p.m. (please be on time) 
Bus Departure from Stevens Point: 2:30 p​.m.

Saz's State House Restaurant

​Our meal will be buffet style, with Saz’s Award-Winning BBQ Baby Back Ribs (pork), Herb Crusted Sliced Sirloin with Pan Jus, Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese and Chive Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Blend of Vegetables, Fresh Seasonal Fruit Salad, and Warm Cherry Cobbler. We will also have our own private dining room and bartender. All beverages, outside of water, are not included in the cost of the trip.

Cancellation Policy​

Since we make financial commitments in advance, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. However, you may send a substitute in your place. Please email us at uwspceweb@uwsp.edu to inform us of the substitution.
