Experience the beauty and charm of Door County on this relaxing coastal getaway filled with scenic views, local flavors, and unforgettable experiences. Explore inspiring art galleries and unique restaurants, take in sweeping vistas from Eagle Tower, and spend time in picturesque waterfront communities including Ephraim and Sister Bay. Enjoy a ferry ride to Washington Island with a guided Cherry Train tour, and a sunset cruise out of Sister Bay. 

The journey concludes with a private lighthouse trolley tour offering exclusive access to some of Door County’s most iconic beacons and maritime history. With a thoughtful blend of guided activities and free time to shop, dine, and explore, this trip is perfect for travelers looking to unwind while discovering one of Wisconsin’s most treasured destinations.​

Meet Your Trip Leaders

Anne Photo.pngAnne Rogalski (right)​, UWSP Continuing Education Associate Director, is a passionate and experienced travel leader who has hosted unforgettable journeys to iconic destinations such as New York, New Orleans, Kentucky, Savannah, Yosemite, Acadia, Alaska, Iceland, Greece, and Italy. ​A lifelong adventurer, Anne’s love of exploration extends beyond her work; she became an official Thousand Miler in 2022 after completing the Ice Age Trail. With Anne leading the way, travelers can expect a journey filled with discovery, inspiration, and excitement!​

Kelly Bird (left), UWSP Continuing Education Outreach Speacialist, has previously co-led groups to Bayfield, New York City, New Orleans and Savannah. She loves embracing new cities and seeing how they differ from our everyday lives. She looks forward to connecting with fellow travelers, sharing new experiences, and creating engaging, unforgettable adventures together.​​​

​Cancellation Policy


Since we make financial commitments in advance, no refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 90 days prior to the trip. Cancellations received more than 90 days before the trip will receive a full refund minus $450. However, you may send a substitute in your place. Please email us at uwspceweb@uwsp.edu to inform us of a cancellation or substitution.  ​
