Details

Partnering with Feltz Dairy, we are excited to highlight a number of homegrown cheeses-from aged cheddar to smoke gouda and something a little spicier like 3 Alarm pepper cheese. This taste test night will give you an insight into a million dollar worldwide industry that has captured the hearts of anyone lucky enough to try Wisconsin cheese. We will trace the history of this humble food while trying some local samples and discussing just how cheese is made. Additionally, we will tackle the big questions like "What gives blue cheese it's funk?," "Where did the Packers Cheesehead come from?", and "Can you eat the rind?". Join us in experiencing just what makes Wisconsin the "Dairy State".
