Inclusive Teaching Fellows Program
The Inclusive Teaching Fellows Program at UW-Stevens Point is intended to advance the university's commitment to the understanding of individual, social and group differences and to ensure that this understanding is integrated into every aspect of the institution.
Inclusive Teaching Fellows play a vital role in helping to foster this understanding through their work in a university environment and with students and colleagues who are committed to creating learning environments characterized by the pursuit of equity, diversity, and inclusive excellence.
Inclusive Teaching Fellows will serve as lecturers in the classroom and take part in a rigorous professional development experience that includes mentoring in their respective academic departments, participation in shared governance, and opportunities to engage students and the broader community. Teaching responsibilities will range from half-to three-quarter time during the nine-month academic year, depending on completion of the Ph.D. or appropriate terminal degree.
