Student organizations wishing to plan a walk/run/ruck or other similar event must complete the following “Run/Walk Approval Form” link. Events of this nature require a lot of planning, a large number of volunteers, and notification of various campus departments. Organizations who do not complete the Request to Host link in a timely fashion, may lose their reservation and ability to host the event.
