Welcome to Greek community of the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. Whether you have already made the decision to go Greek or are still deciding if Greek life is for you, this website provides information and resources to introduce you to the Greek community at UWSP.

Did you know?
We’ve seen the movies and read the articles. We know the perception of Greeks can be negative, but if you think being Greek is about foam parties and wooden paddles, THINK AGAIN!
 
While only 3% of Americans are Greek, the percentage in successful positions is much higher:
  • 48% of US presidents have been Greek
  • 76% of Senators and Congressmen/women have been Greek
  • 40 out of 47 Supreme Court Justices have been Greek.
  • 30% of Fortune 500 executives have been Greek
  • Of the 50 largest North American companies 43 are headed by Greeks
  • 63% of US Cabinet members since 1900 have been Greek
  • ALL of the Apollo 11 astronauts were Greek
