 Travel policy requires all flights, lodging, and vehicle rental to be booked within our Travel Program. Our 3 travel providers are listed below. Booking can be done within Concur or with an agent directly. The links below can be used to register for a Concur profile. Travel policies can be found on the travel intranet page and on UW TravelWIse.

2. Under 'First Time User' click 'Register Now'

  
Once registered for Concur, you'll have access to book travel for yourself. You will need additional permissions if you plan on booking on behalf of other individuals (speakers, students, etc). To initiate this process, please contact lkvatek@uwsp.edu, Travel Manager (x4299).

​Driver Authorization

 
In order to operate a motor vehicle on behalf of the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, you must be an approved driver with the Transportation Office. Becoming an approved driver requires the completion of an online Vehicle Use Agreement (and approval by the Transportation Office). No payments can be made for driving-related expenses without driver authorization. Information on becoming an authorized driver can be found on the Transportation website.

​e-Reimbursements (Expense Reports)

 e-Reimbursement is our online expense reporting tool. If you travel on business for the university, and are going to be reimbursed, you'll need complete an eTER. An eTER is required for all purchases made with a ProTravel card. We've established training sessions for learning about the e-Reimbursement system. We've set two different levels for these trainings (Beginner and Advanced). We highly encourage first time travelers to attend the Beginner training session prior to traveling.
