Schmeeckle Reserve to offer in-person, outdoor programs this spring
Offered in April and May, the programs will be limited to 25 participants each, with face coverings and physical distancing required. All attendees must register ahead of time – no walk-ins will be allowed.

Brian Sloss succeeds Christine Thomas as College of Natural Resources dean
Brian Sloss, associate dean of Outreach, Extension and Extramural Funds, will become dean of the college, effective July 1. He succeeds Christine Thomas, who has served as dean since 2005.

All in-person campus-sponsored events are canceled through the end of June, following CDC guidelines. A decision on campus-sponsored events happening after July 1 will be made by May 15.

The 14th chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Bernie Patterson, has announced he will retire in December 2020. Patterson has served as chancellor since July 2010.
