Recharge your creativity this winter through UW-Stevens Point

Get your creative energies flowing again despite short winter days and cold nights with a watercolor workshop through the Continuing Education Arts and Culture Outreach program at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

“Watercolor Energizer” will be offered on Saturday, Jan, 14, 2012, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This hands-on workshop will include some group instruction, individualized guidance and time to paint. Two mini-demos, lifting and layering, and bringing a dead painting back to life, will also be included. The workshop costs $59 and is open to teens and adults. A suggested list of supplies will be sent upon registration.

Instructor Jane Barnard is a professional artist and member of the Wisconsin Watercolor Society, Door County Art League and Wisconsin Visual Artists. She is represented by galleries in Stevens Point and Door County.
