Sample products from some of the state’s finest producers of potatoes, wine,
cheese, beer, cranberries, meats and more at the annual Taste of Wisconsin at
the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
The event will be held Friday,
March 4, at 7 p.m. in the Laird Room of the Dreyfus University Center on
campus. Participants must be over 21 years of age. Tickets are $25 in advance
for the general public and $20 in advance for UW-Stevens Point students.
Tickets will increase by $5 the day of the event, and only a limited number are
available.
Past participants have included
the Stevens Point Brewery, Three Lakes Winery, Russet Potatoes, Mullins Cheese,
Capital Brewery and Nueske’s Meats. Participating vendors are subject to
change. It is sponsored by the UW-Stevens Point Basement Brewhaus.
