UW-Stevens Point music faculty to perform at Wausau museum

Four University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Department of Music faculty members will perform this fall at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum.

The museum will host the Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra’s “Musical Thursdays” during the 36th annual “Birds in Art” exhibit. Faculty members will perform during an evening of chamber music and art from 5:30–7 p.m. Admission is free.

Those performing include:

  • Professor Lawrence Leviton, cello, Oct. 13
  • Professor David Hastings, saxophone, and Assistant Professor David Story, bass, Nov. 3
  • Retired Senior Lecturer Dee Martz, violin, Nov. 10.
