Learn more about cycling at UW-Stevens Point

Whether you regularly bicycle to work to save gas and energy or occasionally enjoy a leisurely ride on the Green Circle Trail, learn how to bicycle safely in a class offered at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point on Wednesday, Oct. 26.

The “Confident Cycling” class will be held from 4–5 p.m. in the Laird Room of the Dreyfus University Center, 1015 Reserve St., Stevens Point, sponsored by the Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin and UW-Stevens Point Safety and Loss Control.

Participants will learn how to ride safely and legally in traffic, basic bicycle laws, how to avoid common crashes and how to dress for bicycle commuting.
