Clarinet studio recital set for Sunday
Student clarinetists at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point will present a Clarinet Studio Recital on Sunday, Oct. 23.
The recital will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Michelsen Concert Hall at UW-Stevens Point’s Noel Fine Arts Center, 1800 Portage St. Piano accompaniment will also be provided by students. The event is free and open to the public.
The performances will include “Pets” by Paul Harvey, “Canzonetta, Op. 19” by Gabriel Pierne, “Monolog 3” by Erland von Koch, “Sonata in E flat major, Op. 120, No. 2” by Johannes Brahms, “Rhapsody” by Willson Osborne and “Serenade, Op. 83c” by Jeno Takas.
