Faculty piano and violin concert at UW-Stevens Point

A retired
professor will return to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for a
performance this month.
Music Professor
Emeritus Michael Keller will join Professor Steve Bjella in a piano and violin
concert Thursday, Sept. 10, at 7:30 p.m. in Michelsen Hall of the Noel Fine
Arts Center. The duo will perform works by Mozart, Grieg, Saygun and Prokofiev.
Bjella has taught
violin at UW-Stevens Point since 1991 and has served as concertmaster of the
Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra for 25 years. Keller headed the piano area
at the university for 37 years before retiring in 2008.
Tickets are $8.25 for adults, $5.25 for
senior citizens and $4.25 for students, or free on concert day for students
with a UW-Stevens Point ID. Tickets are available at the University Information

available.
