A University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point student organization will hold a black tie benefit next week to raise awareness and funds for those with cystic fibrosis.

Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority's Beta Lambda chapter will host the "65 Roses" gala at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Stevens Point. Dinner will be followed by guest speaker Eric Sharonbroch of Stevens Point who will share his own experiences of living with cystic fibrosis. The evening also includes a performance by members of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, a music fraternity on campus, and a silent auction of items donated by several local businesses.

Tickets are $50 per person and are available in the Dreyfus University Center concourse between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. the week of Nov. 28-Dec. 2 or at the door. Proceeds will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority has been affiliated with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since 1957. This event was last held in Stevens Point in 2012.
