Arriving at the 2024 RLC Home Planet
Once you arrive at the conference hotel, enter through the front door and follow the signs to the check-in station. From there, you will formally check in with the table associated with your home planet (the State your institution is from). Further instructions will be provided at that time.
Living Quarters
Astronauts will be staying at the Holiday Inn or at the Holiday Inn Express (assignments will be shared at check-in).
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM for the hotel rooms
**Advisors, please provide a credit card for check-in for incidentals for the rooms.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM for the hotel rooms
**Please email our conference chair if you need flexibility in accommodating departures and arrivals.

Housing will be two people per room for delegates. Advisors will have single rooms but are first-come-first-served and not guaranteed.
