Scheduling Appointments/Navigate

Students may wish to speak with a DATC staff person for a variety of reasons, and are welcome to a consultation even before initial documentation is submitted.

Students are encouraged to schedule via Navigate, if possible: For Students - Navigate | UWSP

  • Choose the DATC for the Department/Options.
  • Under Services, select the closest reason for your appointment (i.e., "New Client Intake", "Accommodation Concern", "Assistance Animals" etc.)
  • Choose “Albertson Hall” for the default location (even if meetings will take place via Zoom.)
  • The system will then present you with day/time options to choose from.

For students unable to use Navigate, or who prefer to speak with someone regarding the appointment, please call our office to schedule meetings: 715-346-3365 during regular business hours (generally 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays). The office may be closed or have limited staffing when class is not in session; please leave a message.

If unable to meet during your reserved slot, please contact the DATC to cancel as soon as possible, so we may free the meeting time for another appointment.
