The Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive!® Coaching Program offers a unique, holistic approach to supporting the aging population by integrating the 5 Dimensions of Well-Being: Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual, and Financial. This training equips coaches, educators, and well-being professionals to design and deliver impactful programs for the 50+ demographic, focusing on self-determination, resilience, and lifestyle management.

Whether you’re new to working with this demographic or looking to deepen your expertise, the program's three levels offer insights and practical tools to help clients navigate their "third chapter" with purpose and vitality.​​


This program consists of two distinct levels, each requiring separate registration.

Level 1​: Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive!® Aging Population "Wake-Up Call"


In this session, learn why the aging population is a critical focus for coaching today — in workplaces and with individuals. Discover what a Signature Program is and why it strengthens your positioning and impact. Build the business case and explore the 5 dimensions of well-being to deliver your own aging population coaching. Level 2​: Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive!® Longevity Coach Training & Toolkit


Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive!® equips organizations and individuals to design their third chapter with intention. This training supports coaches who want to deliver longevity-focused programs in organizations or private practice. Learn the proven 5-dimension framework and understand the 50+ demographic shift. Includes an essential Toolkit with ready-to-use deliverables for immediate implementation.​​

5 Dimensions of Well-Being

 ​​You'll explore this human timepiece through five meaningful Gears which will reveal, step-by-step, how you can lift-up each area of your life:

Ellen Kocher is an Economist and Certified Workplace Wellness Consultant. Master’s degree in health and Wellness Coaching, ICF M​​CC, NBHWC, Health and Mindful Eating Coach, Holding multiple global leadership roles in the W​orkplace Wellness Field. Educated in the USA, Ellen made some major lifestyles change and has dedicated the past 20+ years to walking her talk through workplace well-being, promoting a holistic approach to eating, physical activity, health, resilience, and self-care. Through her company, Whealthness, Ellen has coached hundreds of individuals and groups in dozens of organizations to make sustainable lifestyle changes empowering them to go from knowing what to do to actually doing it! 

Ellen resides in Geneva Switzerland with her husband and 3 children. ​




Dominique Ben Dhaou​​​​

Dominique Ben Dhaou

​Dominique Ben Dhaou is a Swiss National who has been working in Human Resources leadership roles in international organizations for over 30 years. She has experience in 12 different industries across continents. As the Founder and Managing Director of PointNorth International, she helps professionals and executives reinvent a career that truly fits their experience, values, skills, and purpose. 

In 2016 and 2017 Dominique was recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award and Top Professional in Human Resources award by the International Association of Top Professionals. She has her CEB Black Belt in Internal Communications and is an accredited Board of Directors Advisory member. 

Dominique holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and resides with her family in Geneva Switzerland.

Registration is complete only after full payment has been received. Program fees must be paid prior to the start of the course unless otherwise noted. ​

Cancellation and Refunds

Please provide an active email address and phone number that you regularly check when registering, so we can contact you if a program is cancelled or rescheduled. To cancel your registration, please email ibhwt@uwsp.edu  

Refunds will be granted if the Continuing Education and Outreach office is notified within five (5) days of purchase, provided the program materials have not been accessed.
