As Wisconsin's first IRIS Consultant Agency, TMG partners with thousands of adults with disabilities and older adults statewide, empowering them to enjoy meaningful lives in their communities.
Since 2008, TMG has built a network of over 700 experts that support people enrolled in the IRIS program in all 72 Wisconsin counties. Our team has a network of community resources that can benefit people enrolled in IRIS. We work with these resources to partner with people to create customized plans and put them into action. These plans help people achieve their goals related to employment, housing, health, safety, community, transportation and long-term relationships. So together, we make roadblocks and obstacles start to disappear to clear the path ahead between people and their goals.
