​UW-Stevens Point Continuing Education and Outreach Scholarships


​All UWSP Continuing Education camps require the same camp scholarship form. Select the form below, complete, scan the required forms and email to UWSPCE-ACO@uwsp.edu.

Eligibility Requirements for Scholarships: 

  1. Must be eligible for free or reduced lunch.
  2. Must apply using the correct scholarship form and obtain all required signatures.
  3. All materials must be submitted to the UW-Stevens Point camp office for consideration.
  4. Applications are reviewed as they are received. Apply early!

Please complete steps 1-4 when applying for a scholarship. Your application is not considered complete unless all items are completed.

1. Check with school regarding other funding sources.

​​Some schools and organizations will offer individual scholarships to students. In order to provide more scholarships to our campers, UW-Stevens Point Continuing Education and Outreach asks that students check with their school or local organizations first. UW-Stevens Point Continuing Education and Outreach does not guarantee scholarships to all those who apply.

2. Complete camp registration form.

Your scholarship application is not complete without your registration for camp.

  • Please register online and select you are applying for a scholarship. At the time of registration, you will be prompted to pay a $10 deposit fee to hold the student’s place at camp. The $10 fee is non-refundable.

If you cannot register online, paper registration forms are available upon request. Please email summer.arts.camp@uwsp.edu. When paying the $10 fee, make checks out to UW-Stevens Point Continuing Education or call our Customer Service office to pay by credit card over the phone at 715-346-3838.

3. Complete scholarship application form.

​There are two sections to this form. The first is to be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian for students under the age of 18.  If the camper is 18 years of age, they may fill the form out themselves.

The second section of the form requires a signature from the school principle or food services authorized representative. Your application is not complete without the final signature.

4. Return completed forms to Continuing Education and Outreach.
