  • The science behind effective communication
  • Introduction to a proven conversational model
  • Developing a feedback plan
  • Hands on practice
  • Homework to apply the model in real-life situations

In this session  we will have a 90 minute follow-up about the homework. We will discuss:

  • What worked well
  • Where you got stuck
  • How to smooth out the rough edges of deploying the model

Full refunds granted upon receipt of written request to uwspceweb@uwsp.edu when received 14 days before the start date of each individual workshop. No refunds will be given if cancellation is received less than 14 days before the workshop. Substitutions can be made at any time, but no shows will be responsible for the full workshop fee.
