Join us for a fun and educational camp! Health Careers Camp will feature interactive activities facilitated by UW-Stevens Point faculty/staff and community health care professionals. We will expand the knowledge of our campers pertaining to a variety of health care careers. Students who are grades 9-12 (Incoming freshman through graduating seniors) are invited!​

​​Attendees will stay in the​ UW-Stevens Point resident halls and participate in simulation labs, workshops, and experience behind-the-scenes field trips to area hospitals and medical facilities.​ All meals are included. Please identify any dietary issues in the registration if necessary.​

​​Registration Information


Registration Closed! Camp is Full.


Registration F​ee: $200 per student (Residential Stay in the UWSP ​Dorms only)

  • $100 deposit required at time of registration
  • $10 deposit required at time of registration for scholarship applicants
  • Optional Add On Fees:
    • ​Request for Single Dorm/No Roommate: $104
    • Parking Permit for Commuters: $24​
  • You must be able to provide the camper's health history, current medications (if any), immunizations, insurance, and health care providers at the time of registration

​​​If you don't have one already, you will will need to create a Camp Doc Login.  Save this information,​ you can use it for all future camps registered through Camp Docs.

Once you fill in the profile information you will be directed to select the camp you want to register for.​​​

Registration is limited to 20 participants.

​Final Payment


Final payment is due by May 26, 2023. If you have not paid for your registration, you may do so by calling UW-Stevens Point Continuing Education at 715-346-3838, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. to pay by credit card.

​Required Camp Forms


Health Careers Camp requires specific forms to be completed and turned in prior to the start of camp. Your registration is not considered complete until all required forms are received by Continuing Education. Please visit our Required Camp F​orms webpage for copies of the forms and more specific information.

​Scholarships

  • Five $200 scholarships are available to campers qualifying for free or reduced school lunch
  • Campers may compete for camp alumni scholarships in future years

Cancellation Policy


You may cancel up until May 26, 2023, and be charged only the $100 non-refundable deposit fee. Cancellations received after May 26, 2023, will not be refunded. No refunds will be given for a student who leaves camp early for any reason. Send written request to uwspceweb@uwsp.edu

Health Careers Camp reserves the right to send home, without refund, any camper who fails to behave in an appropriate manner or breaks any local/state/federal laws or camp regulations.
