Are you feeling stuck and finding it challenging to engage in your wellness routine? Join us for a fun and interactive experience to unlock your potential and accelerate change to experience higher levels of nutrition, fitness, mental health, and personal productivity. Our experts will teach you proven techniques and guide you in creating the most practical next steps on your wellness pathway.

At the end of the day, you'll leave with:
  • a fresh vision for improved well-being 
  • higher levels of enthusiasm and motivation 
  • clear goals 
  • strategies to overcome obstacles
  • an action plan
  • social support and resources to support you. ​​
Plan to spend most of the day outdoors, however we will shift the activities indoors, if needed.

​Instructors


Annie Wetter, PhD will focus on Eating for Health and Wellbeing. Annie is a nutrition expert and wellness coach. She understands the complexity of an individual's relationship with food, physical activity, and personal health. She believes that everybody has the wisdom to make choices that are consistent with our values, honor our preferences, attend to our needs, and elevate our sprit. She looks forward to helping you have a-ha moments about your food and nutrition goals. 

Brian Krolczyk, PhD will focus on Personal and Organizational Resilience. Brian has personally navigated major life challenges including divorce, career disruption, and emergency open-heart surgery (including a near-death experience). He is a board-certified health coach, a psychologist, and a faculty member in UWSP's College of Professional Studies, teaching health psychology and emotional intelligence. 

Becky Konietzki, MS, will focus on Life Success. Becky has successfully helped thousands of students set and achieve academic and career goals. She holds the Global Career Development Facilitator certification and is passionate about helping people make career decisions that maximize their vision for their life. She looks forward to reflecting, learning, and dreaming with you! 

Beth Kinslow, DSc, is a certified athletic trainer with a passion for holistic wellness who focuses on an individualized approach to physical activity. She looks forward to helping each of you explore how movement fits into your wellness journey. 

Cancellation Policy


Full refunds granted upon receipt of written request to mara.prausa@uwsp.edu when received on/before October 3, 2023. No refunds will be given if cancellation is received after October 3, 2023. Substitutions can be made at any time, but no shows will be responsible for the full workshop fee.​
