GT Independence is a financial management service (FMS) company assisting people with disabilities, older individuals, and their families to live a life of their choice. GT provides fiscal employer agent support to individuals enrolled in the long term supports and services programs such as Family Care, IRIS (I Respect, I Self-direct), and Special Needs Trusts. We were built 17 years ago by a family to assist families in self-directing one's services. GT has grown into a national company servicing over 25,000 people in 13 states. GT remains a family-owned company we are also a disability-led organization that understands daily life with disabilities and long-term care needs.
