Coaching Caregivers During the Holiday Season - Header

Description

Tuesday, March 17, 2026 | 11:30 a.m - 12:30 p.m. CT | Virtual via Zoom

When we think of workplace wellness, the focus is often on coaching employees to prevent future health issues, cope with existing conditions, or support those returning from sick leave. However, there is a significant, yet often overlooked, group of employees whose well-being is affected by caregiving responsibilities. These employees are caregivers—individuals who provide care and support to a family member or loved one with health challenges, whether related to illness, disability, aging, or mental health conditions.

Caregiving is an incredibly demanding and stressful role, yet it often goes unrecognized in the workplace. Caregivers are exposed to chronic stress that can result in Caregiver Stress Syndrome or Compassion Fatigue—both extreme forms of burnout. Unfortunately, this stress is often invisible in the workplace and rarely addressed due to social stigma and workplace culture.

As a coach, your ability to recognize and address the unique needs of caregiving employees will allow you to offer more effective support and create a positive, balanced work environment for all employees. By learning how to coach caregivers through these challenges, you can help them thrive both at home and in the workplace.

Join us for this important session and learn how to make a lasting impact on the lives of caregivers in your organization or coaching practice.

Coaching Clients Who Care for Loved Ones with Mental Illness.png

Description

Tuesday, April 28, 2026 | 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. CT | Virtual via Zoom

Do you know how many of your clients are caring for someone with a mental illness? What you don't know impacts these clients' well-being.

Clients come to coaching for goals, plans, and a clear agenda.
And sometimes, beneath what’s spoken, there’s something else quietly shaping the conversation.

Many coaches work with clients who are caring for — or deeply affected by — a loved one living with mental illness. This experience is often hidden. It may feel too personal, too complicated, or “not the reason I came to coaching.” Add societal stigma, uncertainty, and the unpredictable nature of mental illness, and it’s easy for this reality to remain unspoken — even as it profoundly impacts the client’s capacity, energy, and decision-making.

This free, one-hour webinar invites coaches to look beneath the surface.

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • Why mental illness in a loved one often remains a secret in coaching relationships
  • How caregiving — or proximity to mental illness — affects identity, presence, and resilience
  • Subtle signals that something significant may be happening outside the stated coaching goal
  • Common pitfalls coaches face when this terrain emerges unexpectedly

You’ll also receive practical tips on how to:

  • Hold space without trying to fix or rescue
  • Witness the client’s experience with steadiness and compassion
  • Stay grounded while supporting clients in ongoing, uncertain circumstances

This webinar is not about diagnosis or treatment. It is about expanding your coaching awareness and strengthening your capacity to be present when the invisible load enters the room.

Whether your clients are primary caregivers or loved ones quietly impacted from the sidelines, this session will help you meet them with greater sensitivity, clarity, and confidence.
