Bus Information
You may bring food and drink onto the Coach Bus. There is a bathroom on board, therefore we will not be stopping on the way to our first trailhead.
Your fee covers transportation, lunch at Baraboo Burger Company, and a personal driver/trail guide
Requirements and Information
Please bring/wear appropriate hiking boots/shoes, gear, apparel, and water/snacks. We recommend wearing layers of clothing and bringing a change of footwear/socks (and possibly clothing) in the event you get wet. The sections we hike will be easy going at the beginning, then steep and challenging for the second segment. The first hike will be the Sauk Point Segment which is 3.9 miles long, and mostly downhill. We will then ride the bus to the trailhead of the Baraboo Segment for a 4-mile hike, which is mostly flat city walking. We will go to lunch after the hikes, so you may want to bring a snack to eat between segments. We anticipate returning to Stevens Point around 4:00 p.m.
