- Ways to restore attention in the age of digital distractions
- Goal setting and decision making in the digital age
In addition, the first module covers such basic coaching skills as difference between consulting and coaching approaches, asking powerful questions, focusing on client's identity and helping connect to higher self in order to change habits.
