Trauma often hides in plain sight, quietly shaping how people think, feel, and respond. Jacqueline Ingrouille, MSW, LICSW, the Clinical Director at Northwood Children’s Services in Duluth will help you uncover the hidden effects of trauma and explore practical ways to support those impacted. ​


In this session you’ll learn:

Clinical Director, Northwood Children’s Services – Duluth, MN

Jacqueline Ingrouille is the Clinical Director at Northwood Children’s Services in Duluth, MN, with over 20 years of experience working with children and families in mental health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology, with a Native American and Rural Social Work minor from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point (2000–2004) and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Minnesota–Duluth in 2006.

Throughout her career, Jacqueline has worked across a variety of care settings, including Residential Treatment, Psychiatric Residential Treatment, Intensive Day Treatment, School-Embedded Day Treatment, 35-Day Evaluation Programs, Early Intervention Day Treatment for children ages 2–6, and Corporate Foster Homes. Her work has given her a deep understanding of generational trauma and its evolving impact on communities and families.

In her presentations, Jacqueline aims to provide a clear overview of what trauma is—and isn’t—highlighting how it affects each individual differently. She focuses on helping professionals better identify and address trauma, empowering them to support children and families with compassion and effectiveness.

Registration

Registration is complete only after full payment has been received. Program fees must be paid prior to the start of the event unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation and Refunds

The Continuing Education and Outreach office reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment, severe weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.

Please provide an active email address and phone number that you regularly check when registering, so we can contact you if a program is cancelled or rescheduled.

Refunds will be granted if the Continuing Education and Outreach office is notified at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the programs start date.​
