Overview

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Continuing Education is pleased to announce the partnership between Avaya and UWSP Continuing Education to provide Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) for any individual completing training courses from Avaya Learning.

Program Details 

Continuing Education Hours are a measure of participation in professional development training, and for each hour of training (web-based or with an instructor), students will get the equivalent numbers of CEHs.

Upon completion of training, students will need to submit a online request and claim the CEH for the training completed. Students need to complete the class, including the quiz at the end of the class, and receive a passing score in order to be eligible for the CEHs from the university.

Once completion of training is confirmed by Avaya Learning, UWSP Continuing Education will issue the official transcript to students (usually within 4-6 weeks from submission time). 

Submission Fee

$50 per month fee

For example, if you submit a CEH application for three courses completed in March, you will be charged a $50 fee. If you request CEHs for courses completed over three months, you will need to submit three separate applications for each month and the total cost will be $150 ($50 per month). 

It is recommended that you wait until the end of the month to submit your CEH application in the event that you complete more courses during the same month. If you submit two separate CEH applications for two or more courses completed in the same month, you will be charged twice.

Refund Policy 

University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point (UWSP) is responsible for reporting your CEH application to Avaya Learning and after acceptance from Avaya, providing a transcript of CEHs earned. Refunds will not be granted.
