Join Corey Huck, Ph.D. for this unique exercise training experience. This program consists of three, 60-minute Zoom sessions where Corey will demonstrate a series of low-impact exercises which focus on core stability, balance, strength, flexibility, and body posture for healthy aging. The best part of this program is you don't need a gym membership or costly specialized equipment because it was designed with VERSATILITY and SUSTAINABILITY in mind. You can participate in this program from the comfort of your home! Since one's bodyweight is the modality of choice for this exercise program, it is extremely safe and feasible for adults of all ages and fitness levels!

Participants will receive virtual instruction, access to all recorded training sessions, a detailed training program with illustration of proper technique, tips for successful implementation, and a roadmap for sustaining the healthy behaviors.

Corey Huck, Ph.D., has been a professor at UW-Stevens Point for 12 years, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a personal trainer, coach, presenter, and a consultant with many companies and communities. He has a Doctorate in Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Wellness, a Masters in Kinesiology, and lots of experience with Zoom and instruction in the virtual world even before the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cancellation Policy


Refunds will be granted if the Continuing Education and Outreach office is contacted at least seven (7) days before the start of a class. No refunds will be given with less than seven (7) days notice. Programs that involve pre-ordering of materials and/or travel will not qualify for a refund unless your space can be filled from a waiting list. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment, severe weather, or instructor illness. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances. BE SURE to provide your email address and phone number when registering so we can contact you if a class is cancelled for any reason.
