​Camp Chickagami:

The land at CWES is leased to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Foundation from the Trustees of Camp Chickagami.  This scouting legacy continues today. Members of the Samoset Council can reserve space on weekends for scouting events between October 1st and April 30th. Reservations typically include Anderson Lodge, which sleeps 22 and has a common area with a dry kitchen including a refrigerator and stove.  White Pine Lodge is also made available if the group size is larger than 22.  A shared bath house with toilets, sinks, and showers is just a short walk from the lodging.  A separate sink room is also available for doing dishes. 

Scout Reservations:

CWES will begin taking weekend reservations after July 15th for the October 1-April 30 season. Please email cwes@uwsp.edu along with your Troop Number, Troop Leader name, contact information, and number of scout and adults.

In 2021, Brandon Bella completed a project by building an education pavilion on site.
