Retreat Highlights

Wisconsin Women's Woodland Gathering

 Saturday, May 20, 2023 | Rosholt, Wis.
Optional Friday overnight for networking and socializing

Join us for the opportunity to enjoy casual conversations with other women landowners and learn from their experiences. You'll also have the chance to connect one-on-one with local natural resource professionals who can answer your questions and provide you with resources to help manage your woods.

You have two options. At the Saturday gathering you will learn about Wisconsin's forest community and ways to find the help you need. A variety of topics will be available for you to choose from, such as caring for your woodlands, creating wildlife habitat, invasive plant identification, foraging, and learning about pollinators.

You can also plan on coming earlier on Friday for an over-night evening of dinner, fun activities, and time to socialize with others. You will be able to discuss all your forestry questions in a relaxed atmosphere. And if you like, you can enjoy a sunrise bird walk with a wildlife biologist on Saturday morning before breakfast.

This event is an excellent opportunity for you to connect with other women landowners, gain valuable knowledge and insights, and improve your woodland management skills.

Who Should Attend

This event is designed specifically for adult women landowners who are passionate about managing their woods and want to connect with other like-minded women.
