​Tammy Filtz holds the position of Institutional Policy Analyst within the Office of Research and Effectiveness. Tammy’s role involves the analysis and summarization of institutional data to support planning and policy-making decisions. Prior to joining our team in 2024, Tammy has worked with notable companies including Kohler Co, Sentry Insurance, and Thrivent Financial. Tammy is a proud alumna of UW-Stevens Point, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.​​
