Lisa Hoffman is the Academic Program Growth Specialist and supports the Associate Vice Chancellor for Program Growth in the Office of Academic Affairs.  Lisa facilitates the design, development, and expansion of academic and Continuing Education and Outreach programs, and also assists with the UWSP Growth Initiative to drive and track strategic priorities and new program growth.  She closely collaborates with UWSP Growth Initiative matrix team members to ensure effective and efficient processes.  Lisa also provides oversight of Growth Initiative and Continuing Education & Outreach policies and budgets. Lisa joined UWSP in 2024 following a career in art museum education and recent work in health care information services and physician recruitment.
