​​Anessa Ludwig

Anessa Ludwig is the Administrative Specialist for Personnel and Budget within the Office of Academic Affairs at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point (UWSP).

In this role, she provides support to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Personnel, Budget, and Grants. She also works closely with the colleges and Human Resources on faculty, academic staff, and instructional academic staff contracting. Anessa facilitates and/or supports processes related to faculty and instructional academic staff, which include but are not limited to retention, promotion, tenure, and post-tenure review, as well as work authorization (H-1B) through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for non-U.S. citizen Faculty and Academic Staff.
