Information for admitted transfer and non-traditional students:
- ALL new transfer and non-traditional students are required to attend an online STAR session.
Transfer and Non-Traditional STAR is open to the following
students:
- Students who have completed college credit post-high school graduation
- Students over the age of
21
STAR Registration:

Continue to monitor your UWSP email moving forward.
During this process your unique UWSP logon ID will be displayed for you. After activation, please remember your logon name.Student logon names are typically the first letter of your first name followed by the first 4 letters of your last name followed by the last 3 digits of your student ID number followed by "@uwsp.edu". (Example Stevie Pointer, 11254111 = spoin111@uwsp.edu). In a few cases, characters in Student logon names are changed from this pattern to insure a unique logon name.
