Enjoy the sounds of the clarinet at the University of
Wisconsin-Stevens Point at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 8, in Michelsen Hall of
the Noel Fine Arts Center.
The performance by Clarinet
Professor Andrea Splittberger-Rosen will feature one of her former students,
Jenni Nicewander Yang, and music from France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Poland,
Serbia, and the United States.
The clarinetists will play a
variety of duets and Splittberger-Rosen will perform several unaccompanied
pieces. The music ranges in styles from Romantic era, to 20th and 21st
century.
Part of the Music Department
Scholarship Series, the concert is $8.25 for adults, $5.25 for senior citizens,
$4.25 for students and free the day of the concert for students with a
UW-Stevens Point I.D. Tickets are available at the University Information and
